How long does pricing cover?

All package and add-on pricing includes up to 4 days.

Additional days are $35/day per booking.

Do you charge delivery fees?

No.

Our pricing is flat-rate with no delivery fees, no hidden charges, and no tipping expected.

Who do you work with?

We work with vacation rentals, resorts, hotels, and direct family bookings depending on access and delivery coordination. 

Are your items cleaned between guests?

Absolutely.

Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and prepared before every booking to ensure a fresh, safe, and guest-ready experience.

How are items cleaned and sanitized?

Every Baby Ready Travel setup is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and prepared before and after each stay to ensure every item arrives fresh, safe, and guest-ready.


Our process includes:

• Deep cleaning of all hard surfaces
• Fresh laundering of crib sheets and soft materials using fragrance-free detergent for babies with eczema and other sensitivities
• Sanitizing high-touch areas and baby gear
• Full safety inspection before delivery
• Final setup check before guest arrival


We treat every setup like we’re preparing it for our own family.

Do you offer full-size cribs?

Yes.

We focus on full-size cribs—not pack-and-plays—because better sleep matters.

Each crib setup includes a mattress and two clean crib sheets.

Can I add a second crib?

Yes.

Additional full-size cribs are available as an add-on for families traveling with multiple children.

Can property hosts partner with Baby Ready Travel?

Yes.

We work directly with hosts to create truly baby-ready properties that attract more family bookings, better reviews, and repeat guests.

How does delivery work?

 

For Airbnb-like properties and short-term rentals, we coordinate directly with your host whenever possible so your setup can be delivered and fully assembled before arrival.


For hotels and resorts that require guest check-in before room access, we provide scheduled delivery directly to you after check-in.


We fully set everything up whenever access allows and return for pickup after checkout.

What areas do you serve?

 

We serve Orlando and surrounding vacation areas, including Disney-area resorts, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Winter Garden, Celebration, Champions Gate, Reunion, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Lake Mary, and nearby areas.

How do I book?

Choose your setup, complete the booking request form, and we’ll handle the rest.


We’ll confirm your stay details, coordinate delivery, and send your booking confirmation with payment instructions.


Once payment is secured, we prepare your setup and make sure your stay is baby-ready before arrival.
